a Galera (formerly known as A Galera) at Hotel Lisboa
in Macau, as of May 1st, 2001. This is the exclusive Robuchon-managed
French restaurant and the only one in the Greater China region. For his
exceptional culinary talent and expertise, Mr Joël Robuchon
was elected by the Gault-Millau Restaurant Guide as the "Chef of
the Century" in 1990. You can never truly claim to be a connoisseur
unless you have tasted Robuchon's magnificent creations.
